Copper Base
An absolutely magnificent, hand selected single slab of Cedar of Lebanon, which has been stained multiple times to achieve depth of colour then followed by seven coats of very special varnish.
Only then does this table gets polished, initially by machine then very carefully by hand. All this meticulous, time consuming work gives this table an incredible mirror finish. The intricately hand cut copper butterflies and inserts match perfectly with the two inch diameter copper piping underneath, all precisely soldered together and checked for leaks. The base is hand polished and protected with three coats of clear lacquer which will keep the shine for many years to come.
